I see dancing as listening music with your body. There is no wrong way of listening music, so same works for dancing.
Don't be afraid to start and remember to give yourself 3-4 classes to get used to it.

Our groups are usually not bigger than 10-12 people.
When you buy 10 classes - for one of the classes you can bring a friend with you for free.
Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy
Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
Make sure you have a bottle of water with you.
Our classes are once a week (usually excluding school holidays)
